About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team. As a leading organization in our industry, we revolutionize business practices through the power of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our operations, specifically in Amazon case management, escalations, listings, and account health issue resolutions. Additionally, you will serve as a technical specialist in marketplaces, handling backend feed files and listing creation.

- Proven experience in PPC advertising, with a strong understanding of campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Technical-minded with a strong proficiency in working with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
- Experienced in uploading CSV files and managing data feeds.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with Amazonand knowledge of its advertising platform is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Amazon-based reporting, extracting and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Amazon case management: Handle escalations, listings, and account health issue resolutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Technical specialist - marketplaces: Utilize your expertise to handle backend feed files and listing creation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to implement EOS methodologies and drive positive change.

- Create, optimize, and manage PPC ad campaigns on Amazon, ensuring maximum performance and return on investment.
- Utilize Amazon case management tools to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings on Amazon, including content optimization and keyword research.
- Upload CSV files and manage data feeds to ensure accurate and timely product information updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-driven strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of PPC campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in Amazon's advertising policies.
